Once the tenancy lease agreement is signed it won't be possible to cancel the agreement. However, a tenancy takeover is possible after a paying a certain fees which can vary from case to case. The new tenant must conform to the requirements of the property and should be acceptable by them.

2. The Amber team will prioritise your request and will help you liaise with the property throughout your booking journey and stay period.

3. This fee will be refunded only if Amber is not able to provide you the selected room category in the selected property.
