"Please note: Extra costs are around 100 EUR/month/room, covering bills (water, gas, electricity), internet, common costs, and cleaning service. Cleaning occurs twice a month. At check-in, the rental contract is signed and a deposit equal to two months’ rent is collected. All utility payments, cleaning, maintenance, and repairs are managed by the landlord. This 25 m² studio includes a double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, sheets, towels, pillows, and duvet. The kitchen is fully equipped with wall unit, sink, fridge, dining table, chairs, dinner-set, glasses, mugs, cutlery, and tableware. The bathroom includes shower, sink, washing machine, and toilet. Cleaning service is provided twice a month, including sheet changes. The flat is in Budapest’s 7th district, within walking distance to City Park, party/pub area, universities, and public transport."
