A few meters from the Champagnat Shopping Mall, close to the large shopping centers and the Pilar Gastronomic Beer Pole; from the USAL, the UBA (Pelegrini Headquarters) and the Austral University Hospital.
Our rental offer is for foreign students who come to Argentina to study at the famous Universities that we have nearby.

The two very comfortable rooms, located on the Upper Floor overlooking the park of the house, have Heating, Ceiling Fan, Closet, Work Table and Bedding, separated by a full bathroom that they share. Both rooms with their single beds. On the same floor there is a Study Room.

On the ground floor there is a large living room, dining room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, toilet and the hosts' room with its bathroom.
