In our residence you will find a place where you’ll have everything you need for university. This residence offers studios, single and double rooms.
- Common areas such as a study room, a game room, gym, terrace or laundry.
- Restaurant: Half Board and Full board options
- Dining areas: areas with oven, microwave, vending machines, and space to eat (No stoves for cooking, no fridge, no common kitchenware. You need you bring your own kitchenware)
The residence has an animation team that organizes activities for residents, such as parties, excursions, and workshops.

The neighborhood of Parque Burjassot is a vibrant and diverse area located in Burjassot, Spain. It is home to a mix of students, professionals, and families, and is known for its lively nightlife, its proximity to the University of Valencia, and its abundance of green space. Located just east of the city center and is easily accessible by public transportation. The main artery of the neighborhood is Avenida Primero de Mayo, which is lined with shops, restaurants, and cafes. There are also several parks and green spaces in the neighborhood, including the Parque Burjassot and the Jardín Botánico.
