Lorsque le propriétaire accepte votre demande, le premier mois de loyer et les frais de gestion sont automatiquement débités, puis la réservation est confirmée. Vous recevrez ensuite l'adresse exacte et les coordonnées du propriétaire afin d'organiser votre emménagement.
Ton argent est protégé
HousingAnywhere conserve ton paiement et ne le verse au propriétaire que 48 heures après ton entrée. Si le logement ne correspond pas à l'annonce, signale-le dans ces 48 heures et récupère ton argent

The location is strategic for those looking for proximity to their study centers:

Just a 5-minute walk from the Catholic University of Valencia (Padre Jofré Campus).
About a 15-minute walk from the Burjassot Campus of the University of Valencia (UV).
Excellent connection to downtown Valencia: less than 10 minutes from the Metrovalencia stations (Line 1) and the Empalme hub (Metro and Tram).
The room is fully equipped and the apartment has been recently renovated, featuring:
Single bed, bedside table.
Wardrobe.
Work area with desk and chair.
Door with private lock for added security and peace of mind.

The rest of the apartment has a living-dining room, equipped kitchen, and bathroom, all for shared use.
The area has all the necessary services at street level: the L'Almara Municipal Market is just a few steps away, as well as supermarkets (Charter/Consum), pharmacies, and health centers.

🕒 Check-in Time and Key Pickup
Check-ins are handled personally by a staff member, who will provide you with the keys. Once the check-in time has been agreed upon, the maximum wait time is 30 minutes. If you cannot arrive on time, you must notify us at least 1 hour in advance.

The fees based on your arrival time are as follows:
3:00 PM to 7:00 PM → No additional charge.
7:00 PM to 8:30 PM → €20 (paid in cash to the person greeting you).
8:30 PM to 10:00 PM → €35 (in cash to the person greeting you).
After 10:00 PM → €50 (subject to prior confirmation and payable in cash to the person greeting you).

⚠️ Once we agree on an arrival time, the staff will wait for you for a maximum of 30 minutes. If you’re running late, you must notify us at least 1 hour in advance.

If you don’t show up or notify us in time, rescheduling the person in charge of handing over the keys will incur an additional surcharge depending on the time of availability.

🕒 CHECK-OUT TIMES
Please keep your return flight time in mind when planning your check-out:

Standard check-out: 10:00 AM (Latest check-out time at no extra charge).
Late check-out: Subject to availability.
Until 12:00 PM → 20€
Until 2:00 PM → 40€

💡 Remember that payments for late check-ins or check-out extensions must be made in cash directly to the person in charge of the keys.

Please confirm your flight details and estimated arrival time with us as soon as you have them, so we can arrange your check-in.

🛏️ Important information: bedding and towels
Bedding and towels are not included. You can purchase a new bedding and towel package for €90, which includes a fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase, bath towel, and hand towel. Used bedding is also available for €50, professionally washed and disinfected. If you decide not to purchase the set, you will need to bring your own.
