Booking can be done securely after having paid a bond equivalent to A$800 in addition to 2 weeks’ advance rent.

Rent can be paid via bank transfer or credit, or debit cards.

An additional administration fee worth A$150 needs to be paid.

Initial/Cooling-Off Period: You can cancel the booking by sending us in writing at least 4 weeks prior to the termination date and pay up to a A$500 as early termination fee.
