Situato al primo piano di un grazioso palazzo edificato tra il 1500 -1600, è ideale per una coppia. Sarete nella vivace zona di La Marina, dove numerosi ristoranti, bar, negozi e attrazioni sono raggiungibili a piedi. La spiaggia del Poetto è a soli 15 minuti di autobus. L'aria condizionata è in ogni camera e la connessione Wi-FI è presente.
L'appartamento si trova al primo piano senza ascensore. Presenta caratteristiche originali come un bellissimo soffitto in legno di ginepro, ampie pareti e archi in pietra.

The apartment is located on the first floor without an elevator. It features original details such as a beautiful juniper wood ceiling, large walls, and stone arches.
