Welcome home to this beautiful and newly renovated, allergy-friendly apartment in the central location in Dresden. Directly in the heart of Dresden Neustadt! The stylish, modern apartment with new, beautiful oak floorboards will give you an unforgettable and comfortable stay in Dresden. Enjoy your time in your apartment in a cozy style to relax or work and feel good! It is very quiet despite the central city location, bright and ensures a restful sleep.
In your apartment you will find everything you need for daily life. Everything you need is there!
The property is located in a popular residential area in Dresden Ãußere Neustadt (Antonstadt). In the immediate vicinity you will find a lot of restaurants, cafes, doctors, bakeries and a shopping center. You can also reach some bars, fashion stores, gyms, green and park areas and bookstores.
There are several international restaurants, bistro's cafes and shops for daily needs, very convenient and right on your doorstep.
To public transport is within walking distance. You live in the middle of “the trendy district” and yet very quietly. No matter whether by bike, car, train or plane, you can travel quickly and easily thanks to the central location.

You enter the modern apartment in a beautiful Wilhelminian style house via a corridor. The fully equipped kitchen with a comfortable dining table with chairs, coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer compartment, stove, oven, dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils, cups, glasses, Italian espresso machine, toaster, microwave and kettle.
Another door leads into the beautiful and cozy living room with 2 large sofas, one of which is a extra sofa bed. Free WiFi and TV are also provided.
A small Workspace is located next to the living room and invites you to work or work from home with an atmospheric LED panel.
In the bedroom there is a comfortable big bed made of real wood with new mattresses, a stylish chest of drawers, an armchair, a baby bed if required and a wardrobe.
There is a washing machine in the modern, spacious bathroom with a bathtub! Cotton bed linen, soap and cotton towels are of course available.
If you wish, we can offer you a cleaning service during your stay. This is not included in the monthly costs.
The entire apartment was recently renovated with allergy-friendly organic paints and newly furnished with beautiful oak floorboards.
The 60sqm apartment is perfect for business trips, home offices but also family stay with children.
A covered bicycle rack is located in the enclosed courtyard.
