Due to an internship abroad and a break from the office, we'll be away from Dresden for a while and would like to sublet our apartment to nice people from May to December.
We're offering the apartment fully furnished. This means you'll get a completely furnished apartment and can move in immediately. Our personal belongings will, of course, be stored elsewhere to give you plenty of space.
The apartment has a beautiful, large living room with kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and built-in washer-dryer, a bedroom, and an additional room that can be used as a child's room, office, or guest room. It's located on the third floor, facing northeast, and the large windows make it bright and airy. The garden is available for all tenants of the building to use. There's also a raised garden bed that you're welcome to use and plant if you'd like.
