Welcome to Heyday Carman’s Hall in The Liberties, your base for student life in the heart of Dublin. Trinity College and the Royal College of Surgeons are a 20-minute walk away, TU Dublin just 10 minutes, and Dublin Business School and NCAD are only a short stroll from your door. The area blends Dublin’s history with everyday city life, packed with cafés, markets, galleries and nightlife.
Our Liffey rooms measure 12.9 to 16.4 m² and found on every floor from the ground floor up to the fifth. Each comes with a private en-suite shower room, a comfy double bed (120 x 200 cm), a spacious wardrobe with two drawers, a full-length mirror and a dedicated study area with desk, chair, task light, shelves and a chest of drawers, with plenty of plug sockets and USB ports at desk height. Rooms come undressed, so just bring your own bedding and towels to make the space your own.
Beyond your room, you’ll have full use of all our shared spaces and a calendar of social events to help you settle in and meet people from day one. Pricing is all inclusive coversìing your Wi-Fi, electricity, water and waste disposal, so there are no bills to worry about, just one simple all-in amount. On top of this you will be free to use all communal areas and also take part into our social events.
