about 500 meter to Iso Omena shopping center/metro station, from where metro runs 7 min to Otaniemi campus, 18 min to Center of Helsinki (Kamppi),

condition: very good and clean. Due to shared flat, there is a "General Rule" (how to share), and a Cleaning Schedule for weekly cleaning work every one should take.
