The entire apartment's size is 81.5m2, on 4th floor/6, equipped with lift, three tenants only.
Location: Yläkartanonkuja two, Espoo Finland.
Condition: good and very clean.
Transportation: metro station 150m, from where metro runs 13min to Aalto campus, 24min to Helsinki center.
But stop: 120m, bus line 544 is good to Metropolia Karamalmi campus, 33 min including walking, and 45min to Laurea Leppävaara.

shop: 250m, open everyday, 7:00--22:00

Total rent: 500+60=560e/m/room, for those who will stay one academic year (~9.5 months)
530+60=590e/m, for those who will stay one semester (~4.5 months)
including charges of water, electricity, heating, waste treatment, high speed WiFi (100MB), laundry, drying room, gym room, bicycle room, weekly sauna.

Deposit: 800e (refundable).
Home insurance: tenant must purchase a home insurance and keep it valid during stay (estimated cost about 13..18e/month). You will get detailed instruction after booking is accepted.

When applying, please, tell something about yourself (age, gender, school campus, home university, whether mind to share flat with boy/girl?) for the purpose that my tenants will, to maximum degree, match each other.

furniture: bed, mattress, mattress topper, desk, desk lamp, ceiling lamps, office chair, book shelf, wardrobes, curtains, carpets on corridor+kitchen floor.
kitchen stuff: plates, glasses, pots, pans, mugs, knives, forks, spoons, dinning table/chairs, as well as
equipped with refrigerator, dish washer, microwave oven, water boiler, big mirrors,
washing machine, drying racks.
Service and transportation:
Bus stops, small shopping center are about 180m, with bus lines both to Helsinki center and to directions inside Espoo, for example to Otaniemi campus is about 30...35 min by public transportation.
Surroundings: quiet and peaceful area with good nature, about 800m to sea side, 950m to swimming pool (lane=50m)
No smoking. No pets. No couples. No parties. No deep-frying in the kitchen.
