In the event of unjustified early termination by the Tenant, the Landlord may retain the rent already paid for the entire term of the Lease and return the Security Deposit after verification of the status of the Rooms.

In the event of withdrawal justified by objective reasons (e.g., interruption of courses by the university), the parties shall agree on the portion of the rent that the Landlord shall refund to the Tenant.
