Are you looking for a room to move in? This recently renovated apartment is free from September 1st and it offers you a very nice and modern room. All comfort is there to make you feel home :) This room is furnished with a one and a half bed, private bathroom, a bedside table, a big wardrobe, a desk, and a Large single window on two levels. The price INCLUDES all utilities (WiFi and CONDOMINIUM included). The apartment is composed of 3 singles bedrooms two of them have 1 and a half beds, an open kitchen with a dining table, a nice living room, and 3 bathrooms. Enjoy Your Stay in Florence!

The property is located in via d'Ardiglione, an excellent area, just 5 minutes walk from Piazza Pitti, 10 min from Piazza Della Repubblica. All shops, markets, restaurants, bars, and other amenities are close by to ease your life. The neighborhood is well served by public transportation, the station is just 15 min from the property and from there you can reach all part of Florence.

RECURRENT EXPENSES TO PAY:
- MONTHLY RENT: 520+€ 100 advice gas +€ 10 wifi
The monthly rent NOT includes the gas € 35 whit belance at the end rental contract
RENTAL PERIOD:

- DEPOSIT: a deposit of € 1320 is required at the entrance, which will be returned at the end of the period in the absence of damage to the property.
