This loft is a spectacle, bright and with a special air. Great quality of mattresses, towels and textile equipment, Zara Home, Bassols, etc. Let us know if you need a high chair or crib and we will put them at your disposal. Loft with large spaces distributed in two rooms, a generous room with a king-sized double bed and 2 single beds, and a living kitchen area with 2 single beds.
There are several underground public parking lots nearby. In addition, an 8-minute walk away, you have low-cost surface parking, which charges around €5 per day depending on the season. There are also electric vehicle rental options (scooters, motorcycles, cars...)
In the centre of Gijón, two minutes from Begoña, the area has all the amenities and at the same time, the street is quiet and without the night bustle typical of wine areas such as El Carmen or La Ruta, which, however, are a little away. walk to enjoy them. You will have supermarkets, cafes, cider bars, and the bakery at hand. The advantage of living in the centre of Gijón is that you can walk anywhere, the beach, the promenade, the marina, and the wine and drink areas.
Also ideal as a base camp to explore by car the Sella, the Lakes of Covadonga, Picos de Europa, Cape Peñas and other tourist landmarks of green Asturias and the superb coast of the Cantabrian Sea.
Pets and events are not allowed. The building does not have an elevator, it is a first floor with an easy staircase to climb.
It is important to respect the rules of coexistence with the rest of the neighbours, as well as respect the sleeping schedule. Special care when moving through common areas, so as not to cause inconvenience to neighbours.
Please note:
- The amount of the deposit depends on the intended length of stay. 1- 4 months will total a 600€ deposit. From 5 months and onwards, a 900€ deposit applies.
- Utilities are included up to 150€.
- A fortnightly change of sheets is included in the rental price.
- A weekly cleaning service is available at an additional fee.
