We are a quiet, respectful, non smoking household that hosts International Students and Travellers in our home. We have 2 rooms with comfortable bedding, desks and wardrobes with shared bathroom. My husband works full time and I am retired but busy and health conscious.
The house is roomy, clean with a nice yard in a quiet street and we have a large pool and happy for you to use 7am to 7pm.
We are early to bed and ask guests to be considerate of noise late at night.
I am very knowledgeable about local area attractions and universities and can help you navigate public transport. We have bus stop 200 metres from the house and shops are a short walk away including a large shopping mall with cinemas and restaurants.
The beach is a short bus or walk from us and trams are an easy access as well.
After confirming booking we require a 25% non refundable deposit to hold the room for you.
Arrival times are during daytime hours and check out time is before lunch.
