Note that the flats are furnished, include internet, water, electricity up to 200 sek monthly & cleaning once a month.
Deposit one months rent, and rent in advance, so first month rent is double. Deposit is refundable.
Tenant is to pay move-out cleaning fee of 2500 kr when leaving the flat.
The rents are monthly and cannot be ajdusted, for example if tenant comes on 12th august, they pay for whole month.
