This is a new two-floor house. Our family lives on the first floor, and there are four private rooms on the second floor that we plan to rent to EU students. The second floor has a bathroom with a washing machine for the tenants, also provided a separate microwave and kettle on the second floor for the tenants' convenience. The First floor features a large common kitchen.
