Ton argent est protégé
HousingAnywhere conserve ton paiement et ne le verse au propriétaire que 48 heures après ton entrée. Si le logement ne correspond pas à l'annonce, signale-le dans ces 48 heures et récupère ton argent

Bright, modern furnished studio (approx. 30 m2) on the 4th floor in Graz's popular Lend district – just a few minutes' walk from Lendplatz with its farmers' market, cafés and restaurants. The old town is quickly reached by public transport.

The apartment offers a comfortable boxspring double bed for up to 2 people, a dining table for two that doubles as a workspace and a wall-mounted TV. The kitchenette is fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and capsule coffee machine. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Private balcony with seating and an open view; large windows provide plenty of daylight.

Included in the rent: heating, electricity, water, internet (Wi-Fi) and operating costs. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Good to know:
• Self check-in with key box – you receive our online check-in guide before move-in (the code is sent after the online check-in).
• Registration (Meldezettel) for the main tenant is included – each additional person €75.
