The room is approx. 20 square metres in size and has a 1.40m x 2.00m bed, a wardrobe, a desk and a carpet. The door to the room can also be locked. The flat also has WLAN and is located on the first floor of a block of flats. It is approx. 100m from the central station ‘Hauptbahnhof Hamburg’ and you have access to all underground and suburban trains as well as buses and long-distance trains in the city. All authorities and important offices can be found within a radius of 500 metres. Hamburg's Jungfernstieg, a major shopping area, is approx. 500 metres away on foot and the city hall is only 1000 metres away. The public transport available at the flat takes you to North, East, West and South Hamburg in under 20 minutes. However, residents also have the option of obtaining a resident's licence for their own car and parking nearby.
