This apartment is a fully furnished luxury apartment with all amenities in a low energy house built in 1998. It is located on the second floor and can be reached directly by elevator from the underground car park.

The apartment is located in the heart of Heidelberg (Bergheim). A car is not necessary. The connection to tram and bus is optimal (2 minutes) to the next stop. In addition, an underground parking space can be rented. Shopping facilities (supermarkets, organic shops, delicatessens) and restaurants are within walking distance. The Bismarckplatz is within a 3 minutes walk.

The apartment has three large rooms. There is a very large living and dining area with hallway, guest toilet and fully equipped fitted kitchen. A guest room with its own shower-bath and a bedroom with luxurious bath (Jaccuzi) can be reached via a further corridor. The living room has its own balcony. The second balcony is accessible from both the guest room and the bedroom. The apartment is fully furnished to a high standard and has many storage facilities (chamber and built-in wardrobes). All technical devices (brand devices of considerable manufacturers among other things 40' -flat screen TV, washing machine, dishwasher) are available.
In the bedroom there is a bed 180x200 cm. On the sofa bed in the guest room you can stay overnight comfortably for two.

Bei dieser Wohnung handelt es sich um eine voll möblierte Luxuswohnung mit allen Annehmlichkeiten in einem 1998 erbauten Niedrigenergiehaus. Sie liegt im zweiten Stock und ist von der Tiefgarage direkt mit dem Fahrstuhl zu erreichen.

Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen Heidelbergs (Bergheim). Ein Auto ist nicht notwendig. Die Anbindung an Straßenbahn und Busse ist optimal (2 Minuten). Darüber hinaus kann ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz angemietet werden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermärkte, Bioläden, Feinkostläden) und Gastronomie liegen in Laufnähe. Der Bismarckplatz ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.

Die Wohnung verfügt über drei große Zimmer. Es gibt einen sehr großen Wohn- und Essbereich mit Diele, Gäste-WC und voll ausgestatteter Einbauküche. Über einen weiteren Flur sind ein Gästezimmer mit einem eigenem DuschBad und ein Schlafzimmer mit luxeriösem Bad (Jaccuzi) zu erreichen. Das Wohnzimmer hat einen eigenen Balkon. Den zweiten Balkon kann man sowohl vom Gästezimmer als auch vom Schlafzimmer begehen. Die Wohnung ist auf hohem Standard voll möbliert und verfügt über viele Staumöglichkeiten (Kammer und Einbauschränke). Alle technischen Geräte (Markengeräte namhafter Hersteller u.a. 40'-Flachbildfernseher, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine)
sind vorhanden.
Im Schlafzimmer steht ein Bett mit den Maßen 180x200 cm. Auf dem Schlafsofa im Gästezimmer lässt es sich bequem zu zweit übernachten.
