HousingAnywhere conserve ton paiement et ne le verse au propriétaire que 48 heures après ton entrée. Si le logement ne correspond pas à l'annonce, signale-le dans ces 48 heures et récupère ton argent

Our apartments are something very special. Enveloped by an ecological building shell, wood as far as the eye can see, an air circulation system established according to ecological standards as well as a 3-fold heat insulation glazing, with a ventilation system with heat recovery.

Discover a new living feeling in the green heart of Karlsruhe. Located directly at the Zoologischer Stadtgarten and only a few minutes walk from Karlsruhe main station, our new, sustainably built apartments give you the peace and space you need to switch off. Warm colors create a feel-good atmosphere in our apartments, as does a modern and well-equipped kitchenette with dishes, capsule machine and other amenities. An extra large closet provides plenty of storage space. A comfortable bed as well as a cozy sofa complete the stylish interior. The modern bathroom as well as the living area are equipped with underfloor heating. Also a Smart-TV "50" as well as free WLAN are available for undisturbed working as well as for personal entertainment. All apartments have an air conditioner.

The newly built Hotel Karlsruhe with its 19 apartments has many amenities that are particularly important for temporary living in Karlsruhe. Thanks to a modern kitchenette, you are completely free to cater for yourself or to have breakfast in our in-house restaurant, which is located in the same building, or to enjoy all the other amenities of a hotel. The balcony belonging to the apartment, the green terrace or the zoological garden in the immediate vicinity invite you to relax.
