Enjoy your stay in the Documenta city of Kassel, right at the foot of the UNESCO World Heritage Site "Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe"! Meet with friends and family in the elegantly furnished 3-room vacation apartment!

You will find everything you need in the immediate vicinity. Only 15 min walk away is the Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe, where you can find miles of hiking trails and visit the beautiful Wilhelmshöhe Castle, the landmark of Kassel - the Hercules, the water games and the Lion Castle.

The Kurhessen Therme is also within walking distance in about 400 m from the apartment. Here you can relax, enjoy the newly designed sauna area and simply let your soul dangle.

The easiest way to reach Kassel's city center is by streetcar. The "Hessischer Rundfunk" stop is directly across the street. From here you can reach the city center or the Documenta grounds in 15 minutes.

The next shopping possibility (Edeka) is also approx.200 m away from the apartment.

The 86 m2 3-room apartment was renovated in June 2022 and is in impeccable condition. Modern, bright, spacious and of course fully furnished. It is accessible at ground level via a separate entrance and is almost barrier-free. It is part of a larger residential complex in a very quiet location, yet with very good connections.

It has a spacious living room with dining area, two bedrooms with a double bed each, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a guest toilet. It offers enough space for up to 6 guests. In addition, the property has a terrace with an awning, where there is also room for up to 6 people at a garden table.

The equipment in detail:

Bedroom 1 has a 1.80 x 2.00 m double bed, 2 bedside cabinets with night lights, a large bedroom closet and a small TV with cable.
Bedroom 2 has a 1.40 x 2.00 m box spring double bed, 2 storage units with night lights and a dresser.
In the living area you will find a dining set for 6 people, a living room cabinet, a sofa with sleep function and a 46 inch smart TV.
The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer. It also offers space for 2 people at a small kitchen table.
In the bathroom there is a spacious sink with mirror cabinet, a ground-level shower cabin and a washing machine.
The guest toilet has a small sink with mirror.
On the terrace you will find a large garden table for 6 people. It has an electric awning for sun protection.
All windows are equipped with electric blinds, so that even late sleepers can sleep in fully.
