The apartment is located on the quiet Lutherstraße. There is little through traffic, as the street is not a thoroughfare. In summer, you can look down on the green trees and enjoy an unobstructed view along the street from the apartment.
Recently, new windows have been installed. Earlier, laminate flooring was laid, and a kitchen was fitted, along with other minor works.
There is also furniture already available, which is included in the rental.
The apartment also comes with a shared basement storage and a shared washing machine unit located on the half landing.
Thanks to its high ceilings, the apartment offers a pleasant indoor atmosphere.
The inner courtyard is quiet and open and can be enjoyed from the small balcony.
The apartment is conveniently located near the motorway entrance and the Westring, which are key distribution roads in Kiel. Several bus stops are within walking distance, and even the main train station can be reached on foot.
For students of CAU Kiel, Veloroute 10 is well situated, offering direct access to the lower campus by bicycle, without any traffic lights.
The neighborhood has recently become younger due to attractive rental prices. The building itself is mostly inhabited by young people. Nevertheless, it remains a rather quiet house.
There are excellent shopping facilities nearby, including several supermarkets and small shops.
Viewings can be arranged by appointment from Friday to Sunday, and occasionally on Wednesday afternoons. Depending on demand, appointments may be grouped and assigned in slots, with further details to be discussed during final arrangements.
