We rent a modern, fully equipped apartment (47 sqm) with a large balcony and a wonderful view of the cathedral. With the elevator you can easily reach the 6th floor.
From here you have a fantastic view over the roofs of Deutz, to the Cologne Cathedral, the symbol of the city and many other sights. The apartment is located in the rear, quiet part of the house and is west facing.

The apartment is equipped with a modern, fully fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc...), Wifi, cable TV, a dining table with two chairs, a sofa, coffee table, mirrored wardrobe, terrace furniture and a box spring bed of 180 cm width.
The inside bathroom is equipped with a shower. Towels and bed linen are available in sufficient quantity. In the basement of the house there is a laundry room where you can do your laundry.
The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the Lanxess Arena and the Technical University not far from the Cologne Trade Fair, which can be reached quickly and easily on foot (approx. 15 minutes walk).

There are also many television stations, like RTL, VOX, etc.
With the subway lines 1 and 9, which leave directly in front of the building (stop "Fachhochschule"), you can reach the Cologne city center (Alter Markt, Heumarkt, Neumarkt) in a few minutes (3-4 stops). There you will find the Cologne shopping miles. The Rheinuferpromenade, Cologne Philharmonic Hall, a number of Cologne museums and of course the Cologne Cathedral are all within easy reach.

You can also cover this distance on foot (approx. 2-3 km). Just the view from the Deutzer Brücke or the Hohenzollern Bridge is worth it.
You can shop in the Köln-Arcaden or on the very popular Deutzer Freiheit. Here you will also find a large number of pubs and restaurants offering international and national traditional cuisine.
The S-Bahn stop Bahnhof Deutz/Messe is one stop from the apartment. From here you can get to the main station and to the airport Cologne-Bonn without changing trains and quite fast. With further underground lines (3 and 4) you can reach other parts of Cologne from there.

This is a non-smoking apartment. 

Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. 

Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Since the apartment is located in a well-kept building with several residential units, we attach great importance to appropriate behaviour and careful handling of the inventory.
