The property is quietly situated on the sixth floor of a modern apartment building (with a lift) in the heart of Sliema and enjoys a sunny terrace with impressive views over the rooftops.
Inside, the large, open-plan living space is stylishly furnished with a marble-effect tiled floor, a modern sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table with four chairs. The property is located a 5-minute walk from the picturesque seafront promenade in Sliema, a vibrant coastal town on the northeastern coast of Malta. Known as "The Strand," the promenade is full of boutiques, bars, restaurants and cafes all enjoying beautiful sea views. The closest grocery store is a 3-minute walk away.
