A 20-minute train ride from downtown Madrid, the Glorieta de Atocha, or the Atocha train station, and 3 km from the UC3M campus.

We like music. We also have barbecues in the garden.
A one-month deposit via bank transfer is required, which is returned to the guest at the end of their stay.
