We are two “nesting” nomads, and after a few years of travel we’ve chosen a home base – Lisbon, Portugal. We know a lot about the city and have been living here for over 8 years – now we have a place to call our own and would like to share it with you.

The apartment (T2 – 65 m2, with two terraces) is fully renovated – all brand new furniture and appliances.

Perfect for working nomads or a couple – an office with fast wired internet and electric sit/stand desk.

To make things even easier, we will include a weekly cleaning service.

The apartment is located off a nearby square and high street. You can go to many different cowork spaces all between 5-20 minutes walking (Sitio São João, Impact Hub, Avila Spaces, Idea Spaces, Heden), hop in an uber or bus from the square or take the metro (Arroios – 5 minutes walk, Alameda – 10 minutes walk) to the city center/downtown area.

Neighborhood Details:

Penha de França is perfect for people who want to discover real Portuguese culture, it is not full of tourists. The area has a main retail street (Rua Morais Soares) with everything you could need from pharmacies, to a post office, banks, health food shops, butchers and fruit and veg stores.
