This comfortable room is fully furnished and includes a dedicated workspace equipped with a small desk, chair and a lamp. You will also find a wardrobe, a bedside table with an additional lamp and a mirror. The comfortable single bed measures 90 cm wide by 200 cm long, ensuring a restful night's sleep. This room has a window that located in a high place at ground floor level. As a disclaimer we inform you that the flat comes furnished as shown in pictures or with equivalent replacements.

- The rent includes 35€/per person of included bills (extras will be deducted from the security deposit).
- A weekly cleaning of the common areas is also included in the rent.
