🛏️ About your room: This spacious apartment offers a comfortable living space with three bedrooms, perfect for students! The small room has a flexible design, with a bed that can expand from 80x200 to 160x200, and a working desk that can be opened or closed for your convenience. Two doors allow easy access—one from the corridor and the other from the kitchen. The room is also equipped with two chairs, a box for additional seating, and a standing light, making it both functional and cozy. The room is bright and sunny with a lot of positive energy!

🍳 About the apartment: The apartment is located in a beautiful secession-style building with high ceilings (3.20m), offering a lot of natural light. It features a modern kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, and all essential kitchen accessories. There’s also an air conditioning unit to keep the place comfortable. The apartment has been renovated with new electrical wiring, alarm system, video control in the corridor, and polished parquet floors. The space is ideal for 3 students, providing comfort and tranquility in the city center.

💰 Prices:

The second big room: 529 EUR per month for one person
The small room: 428 EUR per month for one person (discounts may apply)
In case of renting for less than one semester (less than 5 months), the prices differ, and the owner booking fee will be added.

💡 Additional costs:

Advance for utility costs: 85 EUR per person/month. Any excess in utility bills will be charged accordingly.
Deposit: 584 EUR for the small room. At the end of the stay, the room must be perfectly clean; otherwise, a cleaning fee of 35 EUR will apply.
Visitor policy: Visitors are welcome for long-term stays (5 months or more), with a contribution of 15 EUR per person per night.
