The room is in a family home, with lovely gardens. The river is a street over, close to Upper Hutt's Brewtown (15min drive). Close to public transport (Train 5 min walk, and bus 5 min walk also).
Alot of on street parking.
House is owned by a Mum and dad, we have a boarder and an 18 year old son who lives out in a cabin out the back. Room has a large desk in along with TV, google chrome cast and a set of drawers. House is close to Walter Nash stadium also.
