The room is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: it features a single bed (90 cm), a large double wardrobe, air conditioning that also works as heating, and a desk with a chair and lamp.

The room size is 6 m². It has a window that provides plenty of natural light during the day and also has its own lock on the door for greater privacy.

This room is located on the first floor of the building and has access to the four bathrooms located in the common areas. The kitchen and dining room are shared exclusively with the tenants of the 1st and ground floors.
