The 1-room-apartment in Mannheim-Rheinau with a living space of approx. 30m2 and balcony is fully furnished and equipped. It has a private bathroom with bath tube (towels are also available), wardrobe, double-bed (140x200), desk/dining table, LCD-TV, modern kitchen with oven, coffee machine, kettle and all basic cutlery.
Location: Beautiful quiet location in Mannheim-Rheinau directly at the recreation area Rheinauer See. Public transports are within walking distance, as well as shops for daily needs, supermarket, butcher, bakery, bank etc.
Washing machines and dryers are at your disposal in all of our houses, located in the basement with coin deposit (€2,50 / load).
