Description de l’appartement

Our home sits right at the entrance of the Calanques National Park. Hiking trails start across the street, and you can walk to the Calanque de Sormiou in about an hour. Fully renovated in 2023, the apartment has a Mediterranean feel: modern comforts, traditional charm.

The neighborhood
Quiet, surrounded by Calanques landscape, but still close to the city. Leclerc supermarket is a 5-10 min walk, electric bike station 5 min, bus to downtown Marseille 3 min. By car, you're under 10 minutes from Pointe Rouge and Rond-Point du Prado.

The house is divided into three fully independent apartments, like a small building:

Our apartment (this listing): ground floor, 100m², with its own private terrace
Guest house: ground floor, 30m² (listed separately)
My sister's apartment: first and second floors, with a private back garden

My sister and her family live in the unit upstairs. Each apartment has its own entrance and is completely independent. You'll have your own private terrace just for you, but the front courtyard, front garden, parking, and bin storage are shared between all three units. You'll cross paths with the family when coming and going, eating outside, or parking the car.
Because we're sharing the property with people we love, we're looking for guests who are sociable, polite, and respectful. People who say hello, share the outdoor spaces gracefully, and bring good energy to the place. If that sounds like you, you'll feel right at home here.
