The Loft 2 is a 36-story condominium building located in Downtown Miami. Completed in 2007, The Loft 2 was developed by The Related Group of Florida and designed by the award-winning architecture firm Cohen Freedman Encinosa & Associates.
The apartments at The Loft 2 feature concrete floors, open floor plans, stainless steel kitchen appliances, and a stacked washer/dryer.
This contemporary luxury apartment features loft-style ceilings and stunning city views. For dining, the loft is just steps away from popular restaurants such as Bubba Gump Shrimp Company, as well as Zagat-rated restaurants such as Los Ranchos for more discerning palates.
Furthermore, The Loft is located just minutes from internationally known shopping and entertainment destinations such as Bayside Marketplace and Mary Brickell Village. Parking is free and is located across the street in a parking garage.
The unit is strategically located in the heart of Downtown Miami, within a 10-minute drive of the world-famous Ocean Drive and South Beach.
In addition, within walking distance, you will find a variety of entertainment venues and events, such as enjoying a Broadway musical at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, attending a Miami Heat basketball game, or catching a concert at the American Airlines Arena or the James L. Knight Center.

The entire apartment is yours during your stay. You will also have full access to all common areas and amenities.

BUILDING RULES
The building management charges a $100 registration fee for administrative purposes to all guests without exception. This registration fee is not included in the (hidden) rate and must be paid at the building's front desk before check-in. Payment is required in order to access the property.
Guests traveling with pets: The building charges a non-refundable $500 pet cleaning fee. The guest is responsible for paying this fee before check-in. Payment is required in order to access the property.
Pets: There is an additional $225 refundable security deposit and a $150 non-refundable pet cleaning fee.
