KEEP IN MIND: All bills are included, provided that the tenant will make a "normal" usage of resources. In particular during winter heating is by radiators and will be regulated by the central plant of the condominium. AC is private and will be made available during summer time. Temperature inside the apartment must to comply with Italian environmental laws. The price is referred to 1 single tenant. 2 or more people can rent the apartment together for the whole period or just for a few days (in case you want to host a friend for a weekend or a limited period of time) but a little extra fee applies (7€ per night or 150€ monthly for each additional tenant)
NOTE: If necessary, you can shorten your stay with one calendar month's notice. However, in this case, you will be required to reimburse the commissions we, as landlord, have already paid to HA (HA applies commissions calculated over the entire rental period which are charged to us the first day of your stay). Conversely, if you book shorter periods and wish to extend your stay, you can always do so free of charge. We therefore recommend choosing shorter periods and then, once you are in the apartment, you can extend your stay under the same conditions
