THE APARTMENT
The apartment is located on the fourth floor at 35 Viale Campania, quiet, safe and close to the beautiful residential area of Piazza Risorgimento as well as Corso XXII Marzo. 15-minute distance with the Metro M4 Susa to reach Marangoni Institute. Very well connected to the very heart of the city and to its main points of interest.

INTERNAL CONDITIONS
The apartment is under renovation and it should be done within these two weeks. The apartment features:

- an eat-in kitchen with dishwasher and kitchen equipment

A set of towels, linen and duvet is provided upon check in.

One shot admin fee: VAT, contract registration, third party insurance, linen and towel package, room initial and final cleaning, garbage tax.

Monthly utilities (paid in advance every month) include heating, electricity, water, internet and weekly cleaning of shared spaces.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Notice of Cancellation is possible only if the contract has a duration of one year.

Check-In and Check-out Policy

Monday-Friday outside office hours - we are available 7pm -10pm - €50

Saturdays - we are available 10am-6pm - €50

Sundays/holidays - we are available 10am-6pm €100

The admin fee is due within 48 hours from the acceptance of your booking and paid directly to the landlord. If the landlord doesn't receive the Admin fee within 48 hours, the booking will not be confirmed and the landlord is free to cancel it. The admin fee is fully refunded in case of cancellation at least 45 calendar days prior to the first day of your contract and refunded at 50% for cancellations at least 30 calendar days prior to the first day of your contract
