Lorsque le propriétaire accepte votre demande, le premier mois de loyer et les frais de gestion sont automatiquement débités, puis la réservation est confirmée. Vous recevrez ensuite l'adresse exacte et les coordonnées du propriétaire afin d'organiser votre emménagement.
Ton argent est protégé
HousingAnywhere conserve ton paiement et ne le verse au propriétaire que 48 heures après ton entrée. Si le logement ne correspond pas à l'annonce, signale-le dans ces 48 heures et récupère ton argent

The apartment located on the first and second floors is arranged over two levels and consists of six rooms in total, a kitchen and three bathrooms. The first floor includes five bedrooms, two of which have private bathrooms, while the attic floor features a private study with a double bed and a dedicated bathroom, offering an independent and comfortable space.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the rental contract. To finalize your reservation, you must:

✔ Pay 1 months’ deposit within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Pay the administration fee within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Submit all required documents for the contract registration

⚠️ If you do not provide the required payments and documents within 7 days of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.

🔔 Please note: Rent payments are made bimonthly or quarterly.
