La casa è dotata di aria condizionata, connessione internet sia via cavo che Wi-Fi. Si trova in un area residenziale vicina alla fermata del tram e a tutti i servizi. Vicina anche al centro di Padova (3km), raggiungibile sia a piedi che in bici.
