Ton argent est protégé
HousingAnywhere conserve ton paiement et ne le verse au propriétaire que 48 heures après ton entrée. Si le logement ne correspond pas à l'annonce, signale-le dans ces 48 heures et récupère ton argent

The apartment has been totally renovated in the latest months. It is furnished in a Nordic Minimalistic Style and the furniture and appliances are all new.
The rooms and the kitchen have air conditioning.
The apartament is located in Vicolo Giacomo Carissimi ,8 on 1st floor of a single house with garden. The house is in a residential area in the north of Padua. You are 10 minutes by bike from the main university faculty like Math, Economy, Psychology, Engineering, Biology and Biomedicine.
The Via Durer bus stop is very close to home. The tram stops are in Via Tiziano Aspetti, a 5-minute walk away and you can stop at the train station or continue to the historic center.
The area is really well served , you can find shops, two big supermarket, Pharmacy.
Nearby there is Butterfly Park , but with a short walk you can reach Milcovich Park where the association Arcella Bella organizes many summer events and the the Plebiscite sports center where you can practice many sports.
Nearby you have ALI’Shopping Center where you can find all you need, but also Aldi.
The house is of two private units . The apartment is very bright and large, it consists of an entrance, a kitchen, 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms and a garden for bikes. Three rooms have access to the terrace.
The room for Erasmus students it is composed by new Ikea duvet, duvet cover , pillowcase and fresh towels.
Contracts are individual and paid monthly; other than the fixed amount to be paid monthly there are no other expenses.
THE ROOM of about 14 MQ , has a monthly price of 480,00 € , then 90 euros must be added for the ALL INCLUSIVE service formula which includes:

The drafting and registration of the rental contract is included in the administrative costs, as well as the part of the registration tax and stamps, the part fee of the contract closing registry tax, all communications to the Questura.
If the contract is closed early the closing tax will be charged in full.
