Le propriétaire accepte et le paiement est effectué
Lorsque le propriétaire accepte votre demande, le premier mois de loyer et les frais de gestion sont automatiquement débités, puis la réservation est confirmée. Vous recevrez ensuite l'adresse exacte et les coordonnées du propriétaire afin d'organiser votre emménagement.
Ton argent est protégé
HousingAnywhere conserve ton paiement et ne le verse au propriétaire que 48 heures après ton entrée. Si le logement ne correspond pas à l'annonce, signale-le dans ces 48 heures et récupère ton argent

The apartment features an entrance with a living area and TV, a spacious kitchen, four single bedrooms, one bathroom, and two large furnished terraces, perfect for relaxing outdoors. Please note that the apartment is not equipped with air conditioning.
The building is located within a gated, quiet, and private residential complex. The street is home to several schools and high schools, making it a peaceful residential area. At the beginning of the street, you'll find the "Cavallotti" tram stop, and several bus lines also run nearby, providing easy access to the rest of the city.

This includes:
-All the bills (Electricity, Water, Gas, Heating)
- All the expenses for the condominium
- Optical Fiber Internet Wi-FI
- Assistance service in case of Maintenance Works
- An Apartment Manager at your disposal to help you in everything you need

You will also have a (hidden) group of the apartment in case of need or emergency and to communicate with your Apartment Manager.
We will intervene with our technicians, so you will not have to worry about anything 😊

The rental agreements are individual.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the rental contract. To finalize your reservation, you must:

✔ Pay 2 months’ deposit within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Pay the administration fee within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Submit all required documents for the contract registration

⚠️ If you do not provide the required payments and documents within 7 days of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
