Short Term Bookings:
1. For bookings under 90 days, a credit card is required upon check in and a hold of $200 will be taken as guarantee against any damages or extra services.
2. The holding amount will be released fully or partially after student check out & room inspection is satisfactory.
Long Term Bookings:
1. For bookings over 90 days, a WA State Government Residential Tenancy Act (referred to as RTA) contract will be created and a payment of 6 weeks is required.
2. The 6 week payment is made up of a 4-week deposit/bond and 2 weeks worth of rent in advance.
3. This amount is fully or partially refunded after student check out & room inspection is satisfactory.

Cancelling more than 30 days before agreement start date

Cancelling less than 30 days before agreement start date
If cancellation is made to the property less than 30 days before the booking check-in date or after arrival, the student will be breaching the T&Cs; therefore, the rent paid in advance & security deposit will be retained.
A penalty will not be charged in the case where cancellation of the agreement is due to failure to secure a Student Visa. Written notice must be given to the property at least 14 days before the agreement start date and supported with written verification confirming the decline of the visa. An administration fee of $100 is applicable.

2. Long stays: Using your DEFT reference number, pay online.
