Ton argent est protégé
HousingAnywhere conserve ton paiement et ne le verse au propriétaire que 48 heures après ton entrée. Si le logement ne correspond pas à l'annonce, signale-le dans ces 48 heures et récupère ton argent

ROOM No. 55- Very spacious room and bright, well furnished (new furniture!), Cozy and functional, in a spacious apartment (about 130 sqm) and completely renovated with new furnishings, on the fourth floor.
The apartment is located in ViaPellizzi in Fibonacci Pole area, near the center. The apartment is shared with international or Italian university students. It is close to all services(pharmacy, supermarket, bar, tobacconist, piadineria / pizzeria), shops and all university faculties are easily reached on foot or bike or bus:

- Economics, Agriculture and Veterinary are about 1,5 km away
- ideal for the Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics and Fibonacci Pole

The apartment has been completely renovated and with new furnishings designed for student comfort, it is composed of:
- 5 nice single rooms
- 2 bathroom with shower (a bathroom was completely new!)
- Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine stove and all accessories included) with the balcony;

The room has single size bed, a bedside table, a wardrobe, a bookcase, a desk and a chair.
The room is equipped with heating (for cold).

THE ROOM PRICE IS “ALL INCLUSIVE".

- The "ALL INCLUSIVE" price indicates that all costs are included in the price: monthly rent, condominium fees, heating and conditioning, electricity, water, waste taxes, monthly cleaning of common areas and unlimited fast fiber Wi-Fi.

This allows you to study in total serenity, having the certainty of a certain price every month without surprises.

Recapitulating thus: - no agency fees - no security deposit - no utility heading. You will have an initial one-off fixed cost of € 390 to be paid at the time of booking a room, which includes: drafting and registration of the contract (taxes and stamps), cleaning of entry and exit, monthly cleaning of common areas (bathroom, kitchen, corridor, terrace, etc) insurance, maintenance for the all period. The apartment is stocked with pots, plates, cutlery etc. Obviously all completely new!
