INFORMAL INN offers you a stay-in at a well-preserved family house from the beginning of the 20th century that has meanwhile been updated with all amenities to make it a functional confortable home. Situated in the car-free area of the old city, the house is at a walking distance from the university, cultural and leisure facilities: museum, theatre, public library, public gardens, the local farmers’ market, groceries and supermarkets, etc.. Having the sea line at a 300 meters’ range, you will easily reach the waterfront promenade, the marina and the free natural pools of the city.

INFORMAL INN is designed to house young students from different countries. It offers an indoor area of 185m2, with a maximum of 5 students for 5 bed-rooms, a living room, a kitchen and two bath-rooms, plus a 49m2 outdoor space with a garden and terrace, and free Wi-Fi in all areas. All living spaces are fully equipped allowing you to just pack your bag and move-in.
Expenses are included, plus weekly cleaning services of the shared areas, and maintenance of the garden.
