INFORMAL INN stands at its core offering you a stay-in at a well-preserved family house from the beginning of the 20th century that has meanwhile been updated with all amenities to make it a functional modern homy place. Situated in the car-free area of the old city, the house is at a walking distance of all the main service, cultural and leisure facilities: museum, theatre, city-hall, public library, university, public gardens, banks, post-office, pharmacies, the local farmers’ market, groceries and supermarkets, shops, cafés, bars, restaurants, buses and rent-a-cars-scooters-bicycles, with free and pay parking areas close-by. Having the entry square of the city just around the corner and the sea line at a 300 meters’ range, you will easily reach the waterfront promenade, the marina area and the free natural pools of the city.

INFORMAL INN occupies the upper-floor (with private entrance) of a two-floor house, offering an indoor area of 185m2, with a maximum of 7 guests, divided in 5 bed-rooms (3 single, 1 double and 1 twin bed), a living room, a kitchen and two bath-rooms, plus an outdoor space of 49m2 with a garden and terrace. There's free Wi-Fi in all areas, suitable for streaming or working from home. All living spaces are fully equipped allowing you to just pack your bag and move-in.

Finally, at number 38 you’ll find an art gallery where you can meet your hosts, discover the work of local artists, drink a glass of Portuguese wine, as well as obtain information and guidance throughout your stay.
