We offer a stay-in at a well-preserved house from the beginning of the 20th century meanwhile updated with all amenities to make it a functional modern home. Situated in the heart of the old city Ponta Delgada with the sea at 300m, youll be at a walking distance from all the main service, cultural and leisure facilities, the waterfront promenade, marina and natural pools of the city. The house has an indoor area of 185m2, with 5 bedrooms 7 guests, living room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 shared bathrooms, plus 60m2 of garden and terrace. There's free Wi-Fi in all areas suitable to work from home.
