I recommend for rent a cozy two-room apartment located in Zielony Dębiec at os. Dębina 16 in Poznań.

The apartment has an area of 38 m2 and consists of a large living room with a kitchenette, a separate bedroom with a mezzanine, and a large bathroom with a shower.

The apartment is bright and spacious. The kitchen is equipped with furniture, an oven, an induction hob, and two refrigerators. There is also a table with chairs in the kitchen.

The apartment is designed for 2-3 people. However, it can accommodate up to 5 people, as there are 5 sleeping places (a corner sofa bed for 2 people in the living room, 3 places in the bedroom - one sleeping place downstairs and 2 sleeping places on a double mattress upstairs).

The living room has a corner sofa (instead of the sofa bed shown in the photo), a coffee table, a chest of drawers, and a TV.

The bedroom downstairs has a single bed, a desk, and a chair - it is possible to furnish it according to your preferences. Upstairs, there is a large sleeping area.
The bathroom features a large shower cabin and a washing machine.

The building is equipped with an elevator.

Preferred rental period: 3 months. It is possible to rent for a shorter period.
The minimum rental period is 1 month (it is possible to rent for a shorter period, but the rental rate is payable as for a month). For periods shorter than 3 months, the rent increases by PLN 500 per month.
The deposit is equal to one month's rent plus fees.
