The approximately 22 m² studio is newly renovated and designed to make efficient use of the space. It features a comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchenette with a coffee machine, a table, and a private bathroom. The apartment also includes fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, dryer, iron, bed linens, towels, and other essentials for a longer stay.

The building has an elevator, and the apartment offers convenient self check-in using a smart lock.

The location is one of the apartment’s main advantages. Wenceslas Square, New Town, and Prague’s historic center are all within walking distance. All three Prague metro lines are easily accessible, together with numerous tram connections, making it easy to reach virtually anywhere in the city. The surrounding area offers plenty of restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, shops, and everyday services.

The apartment is particularly suitable for a single professional, couple, student, relocation, or temporary stay in Prague. Smoking and parties are not permitted.
