Please note that the security deposit and the admin fee need to be paid within 1 week after the booking is confirmed before the check-in.

This is because the accommodation provider is a company according to their rules and the Italian law regulations to prepare the contract. Uniplaces guarantees that this is a trusted Landlord.

The rent does NOT include the following cost:

- Final cleaning fee 50 euros

CHECK IN / OUT TIME:

Monday – Friday: 9.30am - 18.00pm (by appointment)

Saturday: 10.30 - 12.00 with an extra cost of 50 euros (by appointment and based on availability)

It’s not possible to check-in/out out of working hours or during holidays.

Occasional guests allowed up to 3 nights per month.
