Ton argent est protégé
HousingAnywhere conserve ton paiement et ne le verse au propriétaire que 48 heures après ton entrée. Si le logement ne correspond pas à l'annonce, signale-le dans ces 48 heures et récupère ton argent

Very nice 13m2 room in a nice 4 bedroom house near metrostation Slotlaan Capelle aan Den IJssel. The room has a large double bed. The house recently been renovated. There is a balcony with an amazing view.

The house is located in a calm area with lots of parking places for bikes and free parking for cars. Shopping center Capelle Center is within a 8 minute walking distance with many supermarket en stores.

Erasmus University is 15 minutes by bike or 5 minutes with metro. Rotterdam center is 11 minutes by metro.

Additional notice. The furniture may differ slightly from the photos, but the quality will always be proportional to the furniture in the photos.

Deposit: The full deposit is paid directly to the IBAN of the advertiser.

The first month and deposit has to be payed within 24 hours after the booking date order to secure the room.
This deposit is refundable after the rental period if the tenant has completed the rental period well with no defects.
The rental period as booked through housinganywhere should be finished and all booked months through housinanywhere should be paid in order to have deposit returned.

Note on the first month:
Extra service costs + furniture costs + bike costs have to be paid minimal 1 month before move in date by bank transfrer to the advertiser.
Registration only possible when rent longer than 6 months.
